"There isn’t anyone who can’t be a member at The Lift Gym. My husband and I have been working out there for 8 years (through 2 full term pregnancies for me — I delivered both babies with a total of 3 pushes) and still, are not bored of the workouts. As a member, we need to do nothing more than show up. The workouts are planned by Matt and are constantly changing, to cater to the needs of the Tribe members, whatever your age, fitness level or strength.
My husband recently completed the blast FAT challenge and with Matt’s tailored diet plan to supplement his 3 time per week workout schedule (one time each week in a Small Group of 3 member only setting) he achieved optimal results: loss of weight, maintenance of muscle mass and a BMI which he, a former Division I athlete, hasn’t seen in years (if ever!).
